Jamie approached nuyu in January to turn his beer- swilling, take-away, couch-potato life around. In just 5 months, his body fat percentage had dropped to 13%, he had turned his beer belly into the defined abdominals he wanted and dramatically raised his fitness levels.

Since then, he has completed the London-to-Brighton bike ride, an Adventure Race and is currently in training for the London Marathon in April and the New York Marathon in November raising funds for the MS Society.. He has recently run the Reading half marathon in a time of 1Hour 42mins.

"Commuting to London every day means that I have limited time to train and need constant motivation to stay on track. nuyu work around my schedule and have opened up a new world of challenges and activities that act as targets for my training. I have more energy and confidence in all aspects of my life and look forward to crossing that finish line in April!"

Paul would be the first to admit that he was on a slippery road when he approached nuyu.

Like many people, he was paying £40 a month for membership at at local gym and going once a week, sometimes even less if there were more fun things to do. On the rare occassion that he made it to the gym, he would spend more time chatting and watching TV than working out - careful not to break into a sweat!

"They say you work 40% harder with a personal trainer, but for me it is more like 100%. I am pushed to my limits in every session, which means I get value for money and leave feeling that I have really achieved something"

Since training with nuyu, Paul has lost fat, developed good muscle tone and is now starting to work on his cardio-vascular fitness through running and mountain biking. More importantly, he is not wasting money and time at the gym and now getting real results.

Liz has always been health conscious, but periods of hospialisation and starting her own business had left her little time to focus on keeping fit and eating well.
