Developed to optimise the effects of whole body vibration (WBV), The Power Plate® is one of the most exciting technological advances in the fields of health and fitness, sports medicine and atheletics. Performing an unlimited number of exercises on a Power Plate®, under qualified instruction, for just 25 mins, 2 or 3 times a week, will provide a host of benefits including:

muscle definition, flexibilty, muscle strength, tone, power, balance and coordination, blood circulation, improved skin, reduces cellulite, low impact on all joints and ligaments and helps to fight osteoporosis.

Located in our private gym at the Wessex Hotel our studio offers a peaceful and non intimidating environment to exercise under our professional instruction.

We offer 25 minute classes with a maximum of 2 per class in our dedicated studio, so why not grab a friend and come down together for a fun, professional and friendly half hour that will make you smile.

Because Power Plate® is all about deep and complete wellness, we also offer nutritional advice, weight management plans and massage therapy.
